Creating a Pub supper on the cheap
Last night I was home late from work and looking for something quick and filling for my handsome husband, who had been working outside all day. He likes meat, specifically a good hamburger. After wander from pantry, to fridge, to freezer and back again, I couldn't seem to find all of the ingredients for any one dish -- I had lots of stuff, I just seemed to be missing at least one item from everything I thought I'd make.
